"Twist It Up" by Chef Jack Witherspoon

I had the amazing opportunity of shooting this cookbook last summer with the very inspiring, talented & over-all awesome kid, Jack Witherspoon.  While recovering from leukemia for the second, time Jack sought solace in the Food Network & decided his dream was to become a chef.
